Looking for something fun to do on 4th of July? The Queen Mary will be celebrating 4th of July from 2- 10 p.m. offering "live entertainment, family-friendly activities, delicious food, spectacular drinks from multiple bars, Ferris wheel ride, and more."

"The festivities run all day long with live entertainment on multiple stages aboard the Queen Mary with comedy and magic shows in the Royal Salon and dance performances in the Grand Salon. The Straytones featuring the Lindy Sisters, Satin Dollz and Hollywood HotShots will perform in the Queen’s Salon, while DJ Mikey O. spins on the Sports Deck and DJ Rod Epic and HT Boombox light up the Verandah Deck. VIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to experience even-more holiday fun with access to the crowd-favorite dueling pianos in the Britannia Salon and James Rensink and strolling performers on the Capstan & Britannia Deck"

There will also be fireworks at night that will be about 15 minutes long. "In honor of the holiday, The Queen Mary offers free admission to active duty military and military in uniform, at the door only. Tickets are $24 online for children, $29 day-of and $44 online per adult, and $49 day-of. The VIP-patriot pass is $99 for ages 4+ and includes additional access to Cap & Brit Decks, Britannia Salon, and premium firework viewing. Hotel and cabana packages are also available. "Let freedom ring and celebrate Independence Day aboard the majestic Queen Mary with a full day of live entertainment, family-friendly activities, delicious food, spectacular drinks from multiple bars, Ferris wheel ride, and more on Tuesday, July 4 from 2 - 10 p.m. The red, white and blue celebration is a ship-wide event, culminating with one of SoCal’s best 4th of July fireworks display above one of America’s “shining seas.”
The patriotic festival kicks-off at 2 p.m. with the sound of the historical Queen Mary horn. Upon entering The Village, guests will be greeted with a petting zoo, kids’ activities, inflatables, and more. Attendees will enjoy carnival games, strolling performers, delicious eats, All American Xpress Train, Ferris wheel ride, and live entertainment including performance by popular 80s R&B singing group The Pointer Sisters at 8 p.m.
